Cross cut collection:
These are typically done out of teak
crosscuts and can be ordered in three main sizes: single, double or
foursome. You can also specify what sort of irregularity you like in
your crosscuts: no holes and pretty round (these come from further up
on the tree), somewhat holy and wavy edge (these are closer to the
base where it starts to spread out), and then super holy - bordering on
pious - really irregular edge with all sorts of holes in the middle.
Most people opt for the first or second versions. These you can get in
coffee tables or side tables with a very consistent appearance. You
can also specify if you want them to be more round in shape or more
rectangular. The first photo is a foursome, the second is a doublecross, and the last is a pair of
singles.
